About the Embassy

The Embassy of Ireland in Warsaw is open to the public Monday to Friday from 09.00 – 13.00 and 14.00 – 17.00.  The Embassy's telephone lines are open Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 13.00 and from 14.00 - 17.00.

The Visa Office is open in the mornings only, for personal callers from 09.00-13.00 and for telephone enquiries from 9.00-13.00.  Visa queries cannot be taken in the afternoon.

The Embassy operates a weekend out-of-hours service for Irish citizens requiring emergency assistance. If you are in need of emergency assistance, please ring the Embassy Duty Officer at + 48 602 765 602. Alternatively, you may contact the Duty Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Dublin at +353 (0)1 408 2000.

Polish citizens in Ireland who require emergency assistance should contact the Polish Embassy in Dublin at + 353 1 283 0855. Please note that the Embassy of Ireland in Warsaw is unable to offer emergency assistance to Polish citizens in Ireland
