Emergency Assistance for Irish Citizens in Poland

The Embassy operates a weekend out-of-hours service for Irish citizens requiring emergency assistance. If you are in need of emergency assistance, please ring the Embassy Duty Officer at + 48 602 765 602. Alternatively, you may contact the Duty Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Dublin at +353 (0)1 408 2000.

Polish citizens in Ireland who require emergency assistance should contact the Polish Embassy in Dublin at + 353 1 283 0855. Please note that the Embassy of Ireland in Warsaw is unable to offer emergency assistance to Polish citizens in Ireland.

Loss/Theft of Passport
If your passport is lost or stolen, contact the Embassy as soon as possible. You must also go to the nearest Police Station and obtain a statement of loss. Keep a copy of this statement as you will have to submit it with your application for a new passport.
