Confidential Register of Irish Citizens in Poland

The Embassy of Ireland is currently updating its database of Irish citizens living in Poland. All such Irish citizens are now invited to register formally with the Embassy. Registration is confidential and voluntary but this information can greatly facilitate the Embassy in providing assistance, when necessary, to Irish citizens. A copy of the relevant registration form is available to download below. Completed forms can be returned to Consular Section, Embassy of Ireland, ul. Mysia 5, 00-496 Warsaw. Alternatively, forms can be faxed to the Embassy at (022) 849 84 31 6 November 2007
